Return Policy

Rhodan is dedicated to providing customer satisfaction.

If you are not 100% satisfied with an item you purchased directly from Rhodan Marine Systems, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase.   We only process returns for items purchased directly from us and no return will be accepted if received after 30 days from date of purchase.

Items purchased by you from anyone other than directly from Rhodan Marine Systems (e.g., items purchased from the Rhodan Marine Dealer network) are not eligible for refund under this return policy. If you purchased an item from anyone other than Rhodan Marine Systems, you must contact the seller/dealer for any returns or refunds.

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging and in new sellable condition.  If we consider the item used, no refund will be issued and the item will be sent back to you.

You must have your original receipt or packing slip to complete your return, and you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from us prior to shipping your item for return.

To request a refund: Contact us at sales@rhodanmarine.com to request a Return Authorization Number.

1. Include your Return Authorization Number on your original receipt or packing slip.
2. Securely package the item in the original packaging along with the original receipt or packing slip.
3. The package must be shipped to the address below. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping related charges and insurance and we assume no responsibility for items during shipment.

Once we receive your return and a refund is confirmed, it may take up to 14 days to issue the refund to you. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original invoice was paid (i.e., credit card, check, cash).

We will deduct a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price of the item from your refund amount. Any shipping charges on your original purchase are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
